Quality Inn & Suites Mt Dora North - Mount Dora

I stayed for two nights, and it was a nightmare. The room had a musty smell, and there were roaches crawling around. When I called the front desk for help, the staff was rude and insisted I come down myself despite my attire. It took a manager's intervention to resolve the issue, but it left me feeling disgusted and unwelcome. Breakfast was subpar, with stale food options that were hard to eat.

The overpowering smell of cleaning products upon entering the room was overwhelming!!! A thorough cleaning of the bathroom and a closer inspection of room maintenance are definitely in order!!! Please address the aging kitchen appliances for safety reasons!!!

The location offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful lake for fishing. The staff was friendly and the room was clean with thick towels-a pleasant indicator.

The air conditioning unit was noisy, affecting sleep quality. Plus, the breakfast hours were inconvenient, ending too early on Sunday.

Property was newly remodelled and absolutely great, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.

The room was neat and well priced, included a coffee machine, 2 TVs, and a hair dryer. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel was in a perfect location, in front of the lake...

I really enjoyed the continental breakfast with make-your-own waffles and fresh fruit. The walk-in shower with a chair was a great touch. The view overlooking the lake was beautiful! I'll definitely return.

Long hairs in several areas and in need of updating

Stunning location to Eustis Square. Immaculate rooms with 2 ac units, helpful and attentive staff.

Our double room had everything we needed, including a cozy bedroom and a TV. the location of this hotel was fantastic, right by a beautiful lake. 😊.

Dead cockroach in the room was a bit discerning.

It is reasonably priced. It's newly remodelled place to stay 2 miles away from Sunshine Opry. The staff are helpful, they keep the place clean. The location is unbeatable and right by pond.

The pool was a hit with the kids, and the spacious room allowed us all to relax comfortably.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be more kid-friendly.

The queen room was a clean and comfy haven that welcomed me after long days. The gorgeous lake view from my window added the perfect touch, and the outdoor pool was the cherry on top!
